After working with the good ol’ d30 , the d20, 5d and having the great 1ds mark II camera since last year, I really wanted to have something compact that didn’t require batteries larger than a pistol magazine and could fit my pockets. After some research and some testing I opted for the Canon G9 camera. Why ? - It has the shooting modes of a dslr camera so I’m used to the basic exposure controls.
